The hard truth is.. prospects don't care about your pitch.

The client is always hoping that the next proposal they read is going to be the one wins them over.

They don't want to sit there and go through the hiring process for hours or for days.

Let's be honest here.

Want prospective clients to take you seriously? Your pitch needs to be amazing. Not good or even great but consistently amazing.


Follow these tips with your bid to don't end up in the trash.




1. Don't start with your name and what you do. Describe the process how you help the client

It's another way of saying you practice what you preach. Never write you are good at something and you don't prove why after it. When you write you can do "the best logo for your client" write after "be

- Never write: "I can do the best logo for you", " I can increase your sells", "I am very ambitious", "I am hard working" etc. They don't care unless you can prove it.

- Write: " i have already great ideas for your logo", "I recently increased sells to GrowthBond by 16% and I you can be my next success stop"

- If you don't have any results yet. Still always write the prove why you think you are the fit for the role.

2. Don't use general statements without providing any prove or details.

Don't write: Hi, my name is Hugala and I am a graphic designer.

Also don't write: Hi, I can create for you the logo and website.

Write: Hi, here is how I help you with your business. ( write about the process)

Clients are generally interested more about their problems, finding solutions for their goals and they are searching for someone who can help them with their obstacles and challenges as soon as possible. Not you..even if it sounds like that...it is always about them.

When you are bidding, you can't take their time with obvious things like your name or just repeating what they already asked to get done in the job offer. It is a waste of time, because they already know you will be graphic designer if you are bidding for their profession,

Don't write: Hello Dear, assign me the task and I will provide you with unique original brand name that best suits your expectations.

It sounds like something what everyone can say and it doesn't have to be true. So it is hit or miss for the employer. Maybe you can really do the unique logo..but..who knows..maybe not for him. It is risky.

Write: Hello Dear, I have already in my mind unique original brand names for you. Assign me the tasks and we can choose the best ones which suits your expectations.

This will make them curious about you and you will stand out. Always think how you can make your potential client curious from the beginning, when you are bidding.

3. Make them curious.

4. Write as you want to give value, not to get the job

- Never write: "I am very interested for this job"

This is the language of getting money from them and sometimes it sounds desperate

- Write: "I am very interested to increase your page likes on your page, because as I checked your brand, you seems like very legible and ambitious company to work with. These are exactly the companies I want to help to grow!"

This is the language of giving. It is showing you have something to give them which gives them value. You show it is about the client
